Carbon feedstock is prepared and the reaction is initiated under controlled conditions.

Formation

Crystals grow or sheets form in the reactor — diamond, graphene, tube or cage.

Purification

Residuals and catalyst are removed to reach the target purity and grade.

Characterisation

Structure, purity and morphology are measured and recorded for the batch.

Dispatch

Material is graded, documented with a COA, and packed for safe transit.
